It is typical know-how that we lose muscle mass and strength as we age. This is recognised as sarcopenia.
As another person approaching their 40th birthday, I’m intrigued to know what the research displays about this syndrome.
So, I dug into the research to see what, if anything, could be performed to reverse or at the very least slow down the actual physical decline we go as a result of as we age.
