To additional decrease the fat and cholesterol in this recipe, use 1/two cup egg substitute as an alternative of the 1 egg and two egg whites.

  1. 1/two cup chopped onion
  2. eight ounces chopped mushrooms
  3. 1 egg
  4. two egg whites
  5. 1/two cup fat-free of charge bitter cream
  6. 3 ounces lean ham, chopped (about 1 1/4 cups)
  7. 6 ounces shredded very low-fat Swiss cheese
  8. 1 prepared-made nine-inch pie crust

Instructions

Warmth the oven to 350 F.
